Appointments

Appointments are required and are available Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to

6:00 pm. You can book online via HotDoc or by calling reception.

Medical services remain available to our patients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year through our partnership with the Hello Home Doctor Service.

🌙 After-Hours Deputising Service

  • Call Direct: Phone 134 100 
  • Call Clinic: Ringing our standard practice line at (03) 6331 2355 outside operating hours will automatically connect you to our deputising service.
  • Report Delivery: If you are attended by Hello Home Doctor, a full written report is faxed to our GPs the next morning to be included in your medical records.

Parking, Location & Accessibility

Finding & Accessing Our Clinic 

We want your visit to be as comfortable and stress-free as possible. Our clinic features 

dedicated parking and accessibility options for all patients: 


  • 🚗On-Site Patient Parking: We provide seven (7) designated parking bays for patients and staff, accessible via Tamar Street or Brisbane Street. Additional metered street parking is available on surrounding streets. 


  • ♿Passenger Drop-Off Zone: Patients with limited mobility can be dropped off directly at our accessible entrance via our Tamar Street driveway.


  • 🦽Full Wheelchair Access: Our facility is fully wheelchair accessible via the Tamar Street entrance, equipped with accessible toilet facilities, and features upper-floor lift access.
